כך יאולצו מאמיניו לשוב ולהתקבץ במדינות האיסלם ותיווצר ההפרדה שתציל אותנו מהסיף של מוחמד!

בית המשפט ברוסיה הבין זאת ואף פסק כך באופן תקדימי כלל עולמי.

כל העולם החופשי חייב לאמץ עמדה זו ולהתחיל לקדם חקיקה של הוצאת הקוראן אל מחוץ לחוק בשל היותו ספר שקורא לאלימות נגד האחר אותו הוא מגדיר ככופר שיש להעניש.

דין מוחמד בסיף זו אידיאולוגיה שמייצרת את ההתפתחות הבלתי נסבלת בעולם בימינו.

הגיעה העת לפעול.

האשכול יציג את המצב שנוצר בשל דברים הכתובים בקוראן, המעודדים ומובילים לפגיעה באחרים.

כמות הרציחות המבוצעות על ידי מאמיניו היא בלתי נתפסת ויש לעצור זאת לפחות בעולם המערבי, שכן לא נוכל ואיש אינו מעוניין לנהל את המוסלמים בארצותיהם.

ביום שלישי בשבוע שעבר, פסק בית המשפט הרוסי בנובורוסיסק - עיר בדרום רוסיה, להוציא אל מחוץ לחוק, ספרי קוראן בעלי פרשנות קיצונית בשפה הרוסית.

בית המשפט נימק את ההחלטה בכך שחומרים קיצוניים בקוראן, עלולים להוביל לפשיעה ואף לטרור, המאיימים על הביטחון הלאומי ברוסיה. ההחלטה באה כחלק מחוק 'סדר הדין האזרחי של הפדרציה הרוסית' המגן על האינטרסים של רוסיה.

בקהילה המוסלמית מאיימים. סגן ראש המועצה המוסלמית המקורב לקרמלין - ראשן יוסוף, הזהיר את ממשלת רוסיה ואמר: "זה לא יגמר בשקט. ההחלטה של בית המשפט עלולה להוביל לקרע ברוסיה ואפילו בעולם המוסלמי כולו"

פעילי זכויות אדם תקפו: "ההחלטה לאסור את הקוראן בתרגום הרוסי מסוכנת. במקום להוביל לאחדות בין הדתות, פקידים מקומיים בבתי המשפט בעלי דעות קדומות החליטו לקדם אך ורק את הכנסייה האורתודוקסית".

ברוסיה מתכוונים לאסור את אחת מ- 4 הגרסאות המתורגמות לשפה הרוסית, של אזרי אלמיר Kuliyev הידוע כקיצוני, המתרגם והמפרש את הקוראן כבר למעלה מעשור ברוסיה.

עורך דינו מסר לרויטרס, כי "מדובר בתרגום איכותי. לדבריו האיסור על התרגום הוא בהחלט לא מקצועי. רוסיה עלולה מחר להכריז על הוצאת ספר התנ"ך באותה הקלות, כי גם שם יש שפיכות דמים", מסר עורך דינו של השייח' אזרי אלמיר.

זו לא הפעם הראשונה שברוסיה נלחמים באיסלאם הקיצוני.

פוטין ידוע כאחד ששם את הדגל הנוצרי אורתודוקסי בראש סדר העדיפויות ברוסיה. הממשלה הרוסית נלחמת בטרור האיסלאמי בצפון הקווקז. ב- 2002 נחקק חוק נגד קיצונים ברוסיה, במטרה לבלום איומי טרור.

למעלה מ- 2000 ארגוני טרור הוצבו ברשימה השחורה של בית המשפט הרוסי כמו גם איסור הפצת ספרי התעמולה של שר התעמולה הנאצי גבלס, כולל הספר 'מיין קמפף'. איסורים אלה זכו לתמיכה גדולה של פעילי זכויות אדם. ההחלטה כאמור תיכנס לתוקף באוקטובר.

2. Russian Court Bans Quran בתגובה להודעה מספר 0
A Russian court has banned the most popular translation of the Quran into Russian, in a move likely to spark strong outrage.

The ‘October’ District Court in the Russian black sea-port city of Novorossiysk ruled that Elmir Kuliev’s ‘Meaning of the holy Quran in Russian language’ is “recognized as extremist” and therefore banned under Russian legislation that prevents the dissemination and possession of material deemed “extremist”.

The court cited an ‘expert’ assessment by the Forensic Centre at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (MVD) for the Krasnodar Territory, which found that the book contained:


“…statements in which a person or group of persons (in particular, non-Muslims ) is portrayed negatively on grounds related to a particular religion; …. statements which address talking about the advantages of a single person or group of persons to other people on the grounds of religion (particularly the Muslims over non-Muslims ); … statements containing the positive assessment of hostile action of one group of people against another group of people on the basis of religion, specifically, Muslims towards non-Muslims; …statements of an inciting character, which can be understood as calling for hostile and violent actions by one group of people against another group of people on the basis of religion, in particular the Muslims towards non-Muslims .”

The translation is a 2002 work by Elmir Kuliev (sometimes written as Guliev), Director of the Department of Geoculture at the Institute of Strategic Studies of the Caucasus.

The publication is widely available across the internet, including on websites such as QuranSource , where it is described as a definite Russian translation of the Quran. Kuliev is considered to be one of the leading contemporary Muslim philosophers in Russia. He has even received the Medal of the Council of Muftis of Russia.

The lawsuit leading to the ban was brought by the transport prosecutor’s office in Novorossiysk under general procedure article 45 of the Russian civil procedure code (which allows a prosecutor to act in the interest of unspecified citizens even where no complaint has been filed).

The transport prosecutor is believed to have challenged the refusal of a different prosecutor’s office to institute criminal proceedings on the grounds of an offense under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of National, Racial, or Religious Enmity), after the book was delivered by mail order to a local address.

Once a court anywhere in Russia judges a text extremist, it is automatically added to the nationwide blacklist.

MOSCOW – One year after a controversial ban on classic Hadith collections and books on the Seerah (biography) of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), a Russian court has ordered the destruction of an interpretive translation of Qur’an, inviting a storm of fury from Russian Muslims.

"Russian Muslims are very strongly indignant over such an outrageous decision," Rushan Abbyasov, the deputy head of the Russian Council of Muftis, which has close ties with the Kremlin, told Reuters on Saturday, September 21.

If the ruling is acted on, the scholar warned: "There will be unrest ... not only in Russia but all over the world, we are talking about the destruction of the Qur’an."

Banning Hadiths and Seerah in Russia

A court in Novorossiysk, a city in southern Russia, ordered last Tuesday the widely read translation of the noble Qur’an by Azeri theologian Elmir Kuliyev.

The court said that the text was outlawed under a Russian anti-extremism law that rights activists say has been abused by local officials out of prejudice or to persecute groups frowned upon by the dominant Russian Orthodox Church.

Since Russia's anti-extremism law was passed in 2002, with the purpose of curbing potential militant threats, over 2,000 publications have been placed on a blacklist posted on the Justice Ministry's website.

The inclusion of some texts, such as the Russian edition of the diaries of Nazi Germany's propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels and Adolf Hitler's "Mein Kampf", has won praise from human rights campaigners.

But critics say too many innocuous works have been added, threatening the rights of minority groups.

In the letter to Putin, the council drew a parallel with violence in the Middle East and Afghanistan over the actions of an American pastor, Terry Jones, who threatened to burn the Koran on Sept. 11, 2010.

"Is it necessary to discuss how the destruction of books, especially sacred religious books, has been received in Russia in the past?" it said.

"We recall how the burning of just a few copies of the Holy Koran by a crazy American pastor elicited a firm protest not just from Russian Muslims but from our entire society, in solidarity with the stormy and long-lasting anger of the global Muslim community and all people of goodwill," it added.

Abuse

Experts stressed that the more than decade-old translation by Kuliyev is a respected scholarly work, one of four translations of the Qur’an into Russian.

"This is one step away from banning the Koran," said Akhmed Yarlikapov, an expert on Islam with the Russian Academy of Sciences.

"This is a very high quality translation," he said.

"The banning of Kuliyev's translation is utterly unprofessional, you could ban the Bible just as easily because it also has passages that talk about the spilling of blood."

A lawyer representing the text's author said he will appeal the ruling, which calls for the text to be banned and copies of it "destroyed".

"This is pure idiocy. Some local prosecutor sent this material to a local court and they together decided to ban a holy book," lawyer Murat Musayev, who has one month to appeal the ruling, said.

"On the one hand there is freedom of religion in Russia, on the other they are banning fundamental religious texts."

Analysts say the abuse stems from vague wording in the law and procedures that empower local officials in a flawed justice system.

A similar ban in June 2012 included the ban of 65 Islamic books which were deemed extremist literature by the court.

The list of these books includes such famous titles like Riyadh as-Salihin and Forty Hadiths of Imam an-Nawawi, Prophetic Seerah of Ibn Hisham and al-Mubarakfury, Fortress of the Muslim by al-Qahtani, Criterion of Action of Imam al-Ghazali, and History of Prophets from Adam to Muhammad.

Moreover, this list includes books of Turkish thinkers such as Said Nursi, Fethullah Gulen, Osman Nuri Topbash, Omer Chelika, Mustapha Ozturk, and even modern post-Soviet Muslim authors like the book of the most popular Moscow Imam Shamil Alyautdinov “The Path to Faith and Perfection” and Azerbaijan translator of Quran Elmir Kuliev’s “On the Way to Quran.”

"The way that the extremism law works is this kind of unstoppable mechanism that allows very junior courts to ban what they like," said Geraldine Fagan, an expert and author of a book on Russian religious policy.

"This is quite a momentous case. It could be the case that turns everything around and triggers a reversal of the general tendency, although that would surprise me," Fagan said.

"There doesn't seem to be any political will whatsoever to stop this from happening despite very high level criticism."

The Russian Federation is home to some 23 million Muslims in the north of the Caucasus and southern republics of Chechnya, Ingushetia and Dagestan.

Islam is Russia's second-largest religion representing roughly 15 percent of its 145 million predominantly Orthodox population.

שלטונות תוניסיה, העבירו דרישה לאינטרפול (ארגון בינלאומי לשיטור פלילי) להסגיר לידיהם את באסם באשמת ביזוי הקוראן אך באסם אינו מתרגש.

לתומכיו בדף הפייסבוק אמר כי: "האינטרפול לא יכול לעצור אותי, למרות הדרישה של שלטונות תוניסיה".

באסם הסביר לאתר BIZPAC בדוא"ל ששלח למערכת, כי הוא היגר לאירופה רק בגלל הקיצונים האיסלאמיים בתוניסיה.

"למרות שאני אמור להרגיש כאן (באירופה) בטוח, אני לא לגמרי מרגיש זאת, אני מוקף בתוניסאים וטורקים גם כאן ומאז שאני כאן קיבלתי לא פעם איומים על חיי". כותב באסם למערכת האתר.

באסם מסר עוד כי: "העולם חייב להיאבק נגד האיסלאם, כי זהו הגורם לכל פיגועי הטרור שאנו רואים...אני מאמין כי שורש האיסלאם הוא הטרור, ועובדה שאני מקבל איומים ברצח מצד מוסלמים".

Tunisia calls on Interpol to take action against man for disrespecting Quran

The republic of Tunisia called for an Interpol investigation into a Tunisian citizen now living in Europe. His crime? He disrespected the Quran.

Bassem Sellami posted two videos on YouTube in late September. The first shows some youth destroying the Muslim holy book, and in the second, dubbed, “The Real place of the Quran,” it’s thrown away as garbage. For that, Tunisia wants the full weight of the European Union brought to bear on the young man, according to Tunisia Live.

Sellami wrote yesterday on Facebook to “friends, supporters, and sympathizers” that he is safe and added that “Interpol cannot interfere in such cases that are considered matters of freedom of speech.”

Sellami, who frequently voices what he calls “anti-Islamization” opinions online posted two YouTube videos last week. The first shows him kneeling next to a person wearing a veil and apparently reading the Quran, before closing the holy book, standing, and throwing it to a third individual who bats it with a skateboard, breaking the book into pieces.

The other video shows Sellami holding and looking at a Quran before slamming it into a trash can.

Tunisia’s Ministry of Interior used its Facebook page to call on Interpol to take action, though it did not specify which laws Sellami violated.

Although some Facebook comments supported the ministry’s actions, many others were like those of Mohamed Arbi Ben Hamouda, who thought its call for action could prove counter-productive. Arbi cited the case of Amina Sboui, who was jailed for a topless protest affiliated with the international feminist organization, Femen.

“Forget about it, you’re not getting anywhere with this,” Ben Hamouda wrote. “Because of Amina, 200 women around the world expressed their support for her and got naked. You never know how many people would speak up against this asking to free the guy and stomping on the Quran themselves.”

In an email sent to BizPac Review a man who identified himself as Sellami confirmed that he “moved to Europe because [he’d] been followed by extremists and nationalists,” even attacked, while in Tunisia because he’s not Muslim.

“I felt threatened in Tunisia before leaving and now it’s impossible to go back there because I will be arrested if I will not be killed,” he said.

Although he feels safer where he’s now living, Sellami said he still doesn’t feel completely comfortable because no visa is required for Tunisian travelers and he’s surrounded by Turks and Albanians.

Since arriving in Europe, he’s already received death threats, he said.

“I received messages from people saying that they [located] me and they are coming to kill me here,” Sellami said in the email, adding one final message he wanted to make sure BizPac Review published.

“The world must struggle against the Islam because it’s the cause of all of this terror we are watching,” he said. “I believed since before that Islam is terror but after posting those videos and pics I believed more and more in that because of the threats and messages I received from Muslims.”

לפי החוק החדש חל איסור על פרשנות קיצונית בכל סוג טקסט שהוא בספרי קודש. כשמטרת החוק החדש לעשות סוף ליוזמתם של אנטישמיים וקיצונים אחרים, שמדי כמה שנים מעוררים מהומה אנטישמית באמצעות הוצאת חלקים של ספרי קודש תוך כדי פרשנות מעוותות בכוונה תחילה לעורר אנטישמיות.

רבה הראשי של רוסיה הגאון רבי בערל לאזאר, אמר בתגובה: "אני רוצה להודות לנשיא לעובדה שהוא יזם את החוק, ולמחוקקים שהכינו במהירות את הצעת החוק עד לאישורו. החוק החדש מוכיח כי מדינה חופשית, יודעת לכבד מאמינים ואת ערכי נצח, אשר מהווים בסיס לחברה אנושית. אלה ערכים שבמשך שנים סיפקו את האחדות של מדינתנו כמדינה רב-לאומית ורב-עדתית".

"תומכי אידיאולוגיות קיצוניות תמיד מנסים להשתמש בפרשנות מוטעית למטרותיהם, לזרות חול בעיני הציבור ולגרום לתככים ומזימות חסרי מצפון. הדת מבוססת על הרעיון המרכזי שכל אחד מאתנו הוא מעשי ידיו של הקב"ה ולכן, צריך לכבד אחד את השני, לעזור אחד לשני, לחיות בשלום אחד עם השני וזה הדבר המרכזי אותו לומדים בספרים קדושים אלו", דברי הרב הראשי.

הם הצליחו להקים מדינה דמוקרטית ולהפוך ממדינה צעירה למדינה מפותחת תוך פחות מ- 25 שנים, מדינה דמוקרטית.
